Culture differs per region, so each experience may differ. Great product market fit, but micro-manage culture (office attendance reports). Amazing benefits, poor incentive plans.

Okay place to get your foot at the door in SaaS. Quotas are often unrealistic & sales DNA is limited. Your success depends on your region & investment of resources in that region.
