Targets aren't realistic with the market opportunity
Team compensation is tied to number of applications clients submit, however ROI is based on the number of applications that become enrolled. Teams performance are measured on the latter, but there is no drive, whatsoever, for quality over quantity.
Leadership is inexistant since August last year when the previous CEO passed the role to his brother, who doesn't know a thing about leadership and management or sales.
Is a company that takes advantage of newcomers to Canada, and of international students.
They claim to help international student to achieve their dreams, they don't really care.
Their mission supposedly is to educate the world, yes only if you have the money to pay a tuition in any of the institutions they work with.
There is a culture of exploitation of the sales people in the underdeveloped countries they work, mainly in Africa and Middle East. It is disgusting. Browse Other Reviews
