Worse sales organization I have ever worked with, they don't have the right comp plan for salespeople but explode them because they live in 3rd world countries. For us living in Canada, the incentive structure they offer at first looks good but you only realize that is unachievable after you are in and understand the business. If you try to make things better you are considered a rebel. Is a tyrant type of company.

Terrible sales organization. Targets aren't realistic with the market opportunity Team compensation is tied to number of applications clients submit, however ROI is based on the number of applications that become enrolled.
