I think they have lost their way. The enterprise business is such a tiny revenue source for a trillion-dollar company that they aren't willing to do what it will take to be successful with enterprise customers. This business is a rounding error to them, and it shows.

Amazing job starting out the first 2 years but it slowly became degrading and soon enough too much micromanaging. My position is one that should not be micromanaged and it started to affect the position.
