Apple was a phenomenal company to work for. My division had tremendous growth until covid then everything changed. Apple did not do a great job at pivoting our role to help with the post conditions of the pandemic. Leadership started to erode the program and now it is all but dissolved which is a shame for millions of customers that do not have access to apple stores.

My experience is overall better than previous sales jobs. The inclusion and diversity really set Apple apart from other companies as well as their consistent focus on the well being of their employees.
