AppDynamics is 100% a Cisco organization today. You can no longer separate the culture/leadership/development from the broader Cisco org.

Laid off in Oct. 2024. Major leadership, product, process, etc. changes as AppD was absorbed into Cisco, and then AppD was sent to be a part of Splunk.

Leadership is a revolving door of former Cisco management who has never sold software in their career. Integration into Cisco is only in management and forecasting.
