Great entry level role but leadership is completely disconnected with the day to day and have expectations that even they wouldn't be able to achieve. CEO needs to quit before he ruins more lives with his ridiculous re-orgs to be a Big 4 competitor. Stay in your lane.

The base salary is extremly low compared to others in the market. We do have uncapped comission at 19% which makes up for it, but if your clients are not spending money, you're not making money.
