50/50 base comp plus OTE split. Hitting quota was extremely tough in 2024 and a lot of reps (40-50%) missed. Seems the highest earning potential days were 5-10 years ago. Comp still great overall. Great place to work.

Dreadful experience. Terrible leadership in the Sheffield office in particular. Be very wary of this company where you will be treated like a machine in a cog.

Success can be very account dependent. Overall great company and pretty decent culture. This industry is rapidly changing with AI and open source competition.
