The base compensation is a joke, it’s lower than minimum wage. The commission structure rewards you for a large amount of sales in a single pay period. Culture is great and that’s the best part of the role.

Cool experience if you've never experienced call center telemarketing sales jobs. I think the trainers do a good job of keeping the spirits up and being 100% upfront saying this will be the hardest job I ever do.

I worked here for not much longer than a few months. I resigned due to some of the tactics that managers would push on their reps. It felt below board and I was not comfortable compromising myself and my values.
