My overall experience was very mixed. Although I had much success reaching the top 10% of the company, the lack of inbound opportunies and terrible base and compensation structure makes it difficult to want to stay at this company. The lack of leadership is terrible and would only reccommend this job if someone had just started in sales.

My overall experience is that this company is retooling after taking a huge hit in the market. It's making strides in the right direction. The product is solid and only getting better.
