There were times in which I felt like I could have done my job to the best of my ability then there were times in which I feel like the overall companies expectations denial line with what they were truly asking for from out of their employees. There were a lot of changes within companies structure,Software metrics, and leadership.
There are great leaders within the organization people who do want you to be your best, and are great cheerleaders as well, but it also comes with A lot of sucking up and a beginning a teachers pet.
He is decent my base start off around 36,000 OT was about 20,000 extra so you have the ability to make good money. There isnt a cap on what you can make. But you really have to claw your nails off in order to get a bare minimum. Could be a better way of vetting leads, sourcing leads, and given the opportunities to find leads without restrictions.
The reason why I left was just on an ethical standpoint of their sales process. Overall, it was a decent job.
