Not every role is ideal for people at ANGI but client success team has amazing people. The role has its challenges but what company doesn’t. Thick skin & drive to push past surface level answers, are key requirements to be successful. It is tough to find a better group of people to work with. The part I enjoy is helping business owners find success with internet lead conversion, something most struggle with.

This is a love/hate sort of company. Uncapped commission and the culture is good depending on which team you eventually land on. Some are micro-managed and other teams are not, just depends on your manager. The challenge is getting past the company's reputation when selling. Let's just say they have history. Provided leads go straight to voicemail or hang up on the mention of company name. To get sales you must be lucky to have a manager who prospects for you, or buy leads from third party prospectors. Job was definitely worth it until the commission plan was changed and decreased by about 50%. Half my team has left within the past month.
