Poor experience overall People are the best part of this company Product/Market Fit are off and there is a lack of sales leadership to ensure ICP is targeted. Good place to start as an SDR to gain experience in SaaS but no progressional opportunities. Staff retention rate is low, they regularly replace VP's, Heads of departments and sales staff.

Great first opportunity to develop as a sales rep. Structure not set-up to ensure reps can hit targets effectively and consistently. Many changes, as with any other up and coming company.
