With the total compensation (including RSUs which vest over 4 years) the compensation is fantastic. The culture and leadership is very draining, but if you are looking for a way to make great money and can put up with the rest, overall, its worth it. I left, but happy that I was there for 4 years.

Overall I recommend this as a place to work that said you will have a lot of responsibilities and work outside of your day to day role that makes it challenging to keep up with everything at times.
