The first few years were very lucrative, there were 7-figure reps and they didn't over hire, great WFM product. The company is struggling to not head back into bankruptcy, terrible comp plan compared to the industry, and 0 investment in R&D.

Alvaria's marketing and channel development efforts produce almost no new logos. For the CX team, the market is limited to a niche of outbound centric environments. Half the compensation is centered on existing assigned clients; whom take up nearly 100% of your time.

First and foremost The CEO is an amazing human and leader. Some of the most experienced and committed folks in the industry. There’s been a lot of transitions since the merger but all in all it’s a great place to work
