Alvaria's marketing and channel development efforts produce almost no new logos. For the CX team, the market is limited to a niche of outbound centric environments. Half the compensation is centered on existing assigned clients; whom take up nearly 100% of your time.

Severely underpaid. Things change constantly. If you do not know someone higher up there is little to no chance in pay raise or enhancement within the company.

For someone young in their sales career there is good opportunity to make some money but its a little bit at what cost. Management won't care about you until End of Quarter, there is no professional development, product training, or growth within the company.
