Senior management who cared were trapped between execs squeezing money and mid level management that weren’t inspired. Always fell down onto the team to carry the stress without any plan or goal, so good talent would run away. Culture was poor, in my time there I witnessed bullying, racism, extensive drug/alcohol use and even an occasion of an employee being spiked at a work social by another group of reps.

Good experience, slightly disorganized company, has purchased a number of software's/companies over recent years to compete without having great implementation plans which leads to confusion.

The company acquired companies frequently because of that the company is very siloed. On top of that there is not a good product market fit. It causes a lot of challenges on the front end of the sales cycle.
