Former Employee3.3Jun 6, 2024Company 2 years ago was entirely different. Starting FY23 things started taking a turn for the worst. Leadership's guidance to Investors were overly bullish which lead to back to back layoffs. Company eventually sold private equity and resulted into large reorg. Company is growing by decreasing discounting to larger customers which is driving unhappy customers.

Former Employee2.0Sep 22, 2023My experience prior to 2021 was fantastic. As soon as Mark Anderson took over, the culture went out the door with the 50% of the sales org that left with it. It literally felt like the entire place changed overnight, and from the looks of the stock, it doesn’t look like it’s gotten any better.
