The company was very great when I first started, but over the years it deteriorated and rot began to spread through its walls. Toxicity and fear tactics became a way of motivating. The people are burned out and tired. Most reps are 1 foot out the door and looking at other jobs.

BDR / SDR positions are being treated like they are not even humans. No development paths. If it goes well, nobody appreciates you. All clap for AEs only. there is 0 respect for this role here. don't come for SDR role!!
