Leadership team is losing the sales org especially when the CEO blamed sales org on poor quarters vs failed cloud acquisition.

Good place to start and entry level role in sales. Still questionable about upward mobility and internal promotion. Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Overall, good company to work for.
