My experience with this company was disappointing and unprofessional. If you have prior experience, this may not be the right place for you. The environment is marked by unclear expectations, a lack of incentives, and insufficient training. KPIs are ambiguous, and the product often has glitches. Leadership is incredible here - nothing I have every experienced at previous SaaS companies. Coaching/Training/Resources available at any given moment. The transparency from ELT is refreshing and the communication across departments is unmatched. Inbounds are quality leads, which generate healthy pipeline Teammates...literally the best.
