My experience with this company was disappointing and unprofessional. If you have prior experience, this may not be the right place for you. The environment is marked by unclear expectations, a lack of incentives, and insufficient training. KPIs are ambiguous, and the product often has glitches. The CEO is overly involved in daily operations and should place more trust in the staff. Management roles demand being available 24/7 and frequently pressuring team members to meet unrealistic quotas.

Leadership is incredible here - nothing I have every experienced at previous SaaS companies. Coaching/Training/Resources available at any given moment. The transparency from ELT is refreshing and the communication across departments is unmatched. Inbounds are quality leads, which generate healthy pipeline Teammates...literally the best.
