Former Employee Great product and sales leadership. However they hired a number of people for sales (Sept 2025) after their last funding round and let a large majority of them go in a RIF in Feb 2025. This was due to what they said was “They were burning thru cash”. Which shows a lack of understanding that what they said was a 12 month sales cycle, that they shouldn’t hire ALL of their sales people at one time vs staggering their hiring. Of course you will burn thru cash with too many sales people hired at the same time and have a 12 month sales cycle.
