The leaders here are managers. It’s a very toxic culture and it’s just in bits in EMEA. The EVP has serious small man issues.

Poor experience. There is very little room for growth and lots of arbitrary policies designed to keep you underemployed.

This is a legacy company in a perpetual start-up phase with a poor reputation in the market. Hopeful they can turn it around this time, there is a potential here, but frequent leadership changes, reorgs and pivots have wildly disrupted the business.
