Great company with a phenomenal product (especially after acquiring Search.io). Excellent place to learn sales, with amazing team members! Sales Leadership for the APAC region could be better, but overall decent culture & team. Definitely recommended!

Algolia's MM/Commercial Org has shifted a lot in the last few years, it has moved slightly down market in deal size and complexity, but leadflow is strong, win rate is better than not, and comp plan is very fair.
