Albiware is a transitional experience at best. While its product is useful in its market space. There are a lot of limitations when it comes to organization and direction for the company. Leadership is uncertain about their success and its becoming more apparent amongst the ICs that it's going to becoming harder as the market itself becomes more accustomed to Albi. Realistically while there is a true opportunity to win there are few triggers being pulled right now that support that winning mindset. I'll give a lot of credit to how channel marketing has gotten Albi so far at this point, but the ceiling seems dauntingly low at this moment. The benefits of this organization as a scale-stage start-up the stakes seem relatively low and their ICP is dial friendly, but the tree to support a repeatable winning strategy is muddled by constant changes within the management end. I'll take ownership for yes-manning some actions, but sticking to a process that works seems to be foreign to leadership when they react to quarters instead of proactive plan ahead of it.

Great startup that is poised to continue growing. Product is the best in its space. AEs promoted from SDRs (I was promoted after 5 months).

A startup always as hiccups when it comes to comp. Sales leadership/company leadership seems to be completely guessing on what numbers should be hit. Comp has changed many times. It's hard to keep up.
