CEO's arrogance and irrational behavior is unbelievable. The company will make new employees submit 5-star reviews on Glassdoor to drown out the bad but truthful reviews. Beware! Muddu is verbally abusive and makes weekend and after-hours work an expectation, not a request. He also curses at people and does not speak with respect.

If you value sanity over money, don't even take an interview. CEO - VP of Sales don't value you or your effort. There is a good chance if you hit your number, there is no guarantee you will stay. My overall experience was terrible because of a very toxic work environment of zero trust and empowerment, with a lack of respect and transparency. Leadership is not your friend here and won't support your career, education, goals, etc. If you want to further your career, I would suggest to try elsewhere!
