At first, things were going well, but it didn’t take long for the problems to surface. The company overhired for the sales team without building enough pipeline to support everyone—there just weren’t enough demo requests or meetings booked by SDRs. They mean well as a company, but you will have a very difficult time selling into North American mid-market and enterprise companies. In the majority of deals you will end up in a feature comparison against Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and others, and Agorapulse doesn't really have a strong differentiation with their USP.
