Lots of changing were happening internally when i first started, including changes in leadership. Was tough to navigate without having the proper leadership in place, but as time went on more resources were available to ensure success in the role. Great company, great mission, great leader. My experience was alright. They advertise uncapped earnings but very few reps hit target. I hit target but realized the company wasn't for me.
