There have been several reorganizations but I believe they have served the company for the better. Leadership is much more supportive of sales than I have ever seen, and we are better supported by our cross functional partners. Culture wise, everyone cheers one another on and are all generally good people. Of course every company has flaws that are actively being worked on. Always room for improvement!

my overall experience has been good. Love the culture and the team, however, compensation primarily revolves around how well your merchants produce rather than just strictly by signings/quota attainment. You can be 150% in quota that's being tracked, but not be making 100% of your comp

Loved the people, toxic environment. Everyone is constantly throwing each other under the bus and quota becomes more and more impossible. everyone is underpaid.
