Earning potential is incredible, however working for/with the partner sales team and strategic partnerships team was insufferable after only a year even whilst making multi six figures. Expect 0 support, direction and internal alignment on business objectives. Onboarding and training were completely absent in my role. Those I worked directly with came off cliquey. Even leadership openly gossiped. Promotions reflected this high school popularity contest vibe, rather than true performance. Looking for either a good time OR a long time? Steer clear. Looking for a short term role to add to the resume & earn great money while it lasts? Have at it and best of luck!

Lots of changing were happening internally when i first started, including changes in leadership. Was tough to navigate without having the proper leadership in place, but as time went on more resources were available to ensure success in the role. Great company, great mission, great leader. Premium player in the market but offers very low compensation relative to the rest of the market. Commission can be very good depending on year but targets are highly inconsistent
