Great company, extremely good product (market fit) and culture/management. However the space is quite crowded now for sales and for AM, there is a very low incentive on doing additional sales.

Dependant on location, depends on your experience. Smaller offices face more struggles to find their feet as it's based on one persons understanding of "Adyen ways of selling" those with multiple managers in it have a more diverse view of interpretation.
