Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The overall company culture was really great for awhile before the economy started to take a hit and Saas companies were doing layoffs. Then it seemed like the morale was just extremely low and we were very very metric driven.
It is a difficult sell when our competitors are cheaper and have the same functionality, the entire time I have worked here one person has hit quota one time. They even lowered our quota amount but it's just not attainable, they also make it really difficult for an opportunity to flip so they don't have to pay you on it.
Overall I probably wouldn't recommend this job to a friend until they really spent more time and resources into the proper training. Browse Other Reviews
