Just run away. A product that has not been ready for 2+ years.Basically selling snake oil. Leadership is oblivious to what really goes on and how sales works. In 3 years I have not a single person has made OTE even with hitting quota since we are focused on customer accounts and only really paid on new logo. ELT has straight up said we are not in a position to win new logos

Just don’t. No product to sell. Abusive sales leadership. Sales strategy changes every few months with no success over multiple years. No leads. All they have are existing customers from a legacy service that we are raising prices on with no value in return.
