I did not enjoy working here but it's a good place to start your Sales career. Keep in mind SDRs pretty much never get promoted to AEs here. I also felt like atmosphere is too social/immature, it felt like I was in high school again, and they go a little overboard with celebrating small wins, do we seriously have to hit the gong anytime one of 30 SDRs books a meeting?

The culture is phenomenal. Engagement is high, people truly go out of their way to help you. When you ask a question on Teams, you immediately get a ton of helpful responses. They truly drink their own champagne.
