I did not enjoy working here but it's a good place to start your Sales career. Keep in mind SDRs pretty much never get promoted to AEs here. I also felt like atmosphere is too social/immature, it felt like I was in high school again, and they go a little overboard with celebrating small wins, do we seriously have to hit the gong anytime one of 30 SDRs books a meeting?

Achievers has been my first SDR gig and corporate job. So far, it feels like working in a Disney high school, where everyone gets celebrated for big or small wins. I really do like it, but sometimes I wished it was less social - the kitchen feels like a bougie high school cafeteria. Overall, fantastic people, leadership, culture, and most people hit their quota.
