Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Compared to other technology consulting firms, especially the Big4 which is where I came from, sales seems quite disconnected from delivery. A whole bunch of "CALs" (Client Account Leads) selling our proposition, without always knowing what's required to resource and deliver a project, causing a lot of attrition and conflict at handover (from pre to post sales).
