Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall rating for comp was based on my location. It felt like they used cost of living against me. The company culture is usually great, and I met a lot of great people, but once you hit a certain point in management it feels like you hit a ceiling that is not determined based on your value or ability. Some clients I worked programs for were FANTASTIC and some were awful. When you have a tough client, and your program executives are also the type who say "Yes" to everything... it makes for a very bad time. I learned so much though and built a ton of experience for my career, so I can't look back on the time with regret. Most programs also experienced a lack of quality leads being generated through our marketing team, requiring us to self-source most prospects while also working within constraints. This is regarding the DIS org within Accenture.
