Absorb is working out the kinks within their current compensation plan. It has been a rocky road the last few years and unfortunately there have been lots of positive plans but no delivery of them as of yet.

Overall this is an incredible company to work for. I have been here for over a year and have only great things to say. Everything from management, to company, to training is all on point. Plus it's fully remote, so it allows a great work-life balance.

My overall experience at this organization is amazing. I can't say a bad thing about it. The OTE is on the lower side with it being an inbound sales function but quota is extremely attainable and they provide a long ramp (4 months).
