Scrappy start up still working things out. Strong product in a very competitive market. No sales leadership currently causing a bit of a vacuum of sales knowledge but exposure to founders instead.

For any BDR, reaching success here is going to be challenge. The product is superb but there is a huge jump to AE due to the complexity. In order to make the jump, you've got to consistently hitting target which the organisation has no history of doing in it's BDR function.

It's a good product in an underserved market. Not so niche as to make it an easy sell over a cold call, but definitely a product on the rise. Team is great and being a start up, there are opportunities to grow.
