AMD is a great place to work, like better pay and product then where your working today by far. AMD is an engineering company that makes the best leading edge microprocessors, it’s not a sales and marketing company. Sales org is small and terrible, unfortunately lead by Phil Guido and old boomer IBM guy that doesn’t have any cloud experience. Its the hardware error, chips are in everything and every major enterprise is choosing between AMD, ARM, Nvidia and Intel in the cloud. Get in there.

Great company and culture. Highly recommend. Semis are very different from selling software though and require a different mindset and skillset

AMD is an amazing place to work with. Lots of great coworkers, amazing products, and overall just a good place. Its been my favorite drop in my career so far
