Good experience - training isn’t the best so it’s important to be a quick learner. Leadership and culture is amazing. The compensation was amazing at first but it’s changed drastically since 2020

I am bummed that you are disappointed in our training. We have made some adjustments and I think our future plans are strong. If there is something you personally feel is missing for you or for others, I would love to hear it. If it is something we don't have, I would be willing to investigate a way to invest in outside training resources to give you what you need to be successful. The compensation comment gets me right in the heart. I hope I can change your mind with our 25 plans because we are paying more than we ever have in compensation, base and variable. I am open to your feedback on this topic as well. Thank you for the review.

My overall experience at AMAROK has been a complete value add to my personal and professional life. The opportunities for upward mobility are vast and can be specialized by skill set which is very hard to find. This company is continuing to grow through a steady customer first vision and strong leadership from the top of all departments.

It is hard to balance everything when we are pushing harder and harder for growth. We have to strive to check ourselves regularly to make sure we are taking care of ourselves on all fronts. When I think about being "The Ultimate", that means in everything we do, and not just at work.
