AMAROK is the best company that I have ever been part of. High energy leaders from Top to bottom live and breathe our Core Values. Leaders and team members strive to be excellent and lift one another up to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. Lots of opportunities for upward mobility-- No other place I'd rather be, no other product / service that I'd rather sell. Can't see myself being anywhere else than on the sales floor at AMAROK.

My overall experience at AMAROK has been a complete value add to my personal and professional life. The opportunities for upward mobility are vast and can be specialized by skill set which is very hard to find. This company is continuing to grow through a steady customer first vision and strong leadership from the top of all departments.

It is hard to balance everything when we are pushing harder and harder for growth. We have to strive to check ourselves regularly to make sure we are taking care of ourselves on all fronts. When I think about being "The Ultimate", that means in everything we do, and not just at work.

AMAROK has a unique solution, combined with an amazing culture. Compensation is aggressive and quota achievement is consistently attainted by 75%+. Sales process is dialed in, career pathing is laid out, and the company promotes majority from within!
