Good company culture. Pretty good training from management. I felt supported . However I did not believe it was easy to hit commission for new hires. The people that made the most money had been there for over a year and developed a good book of business already. You start from scratch but don’t get paid for commission unless you sell 20 per month. To keep your job you were required to hit 3 per week.

Lower level management has the power to ensure or deny/block success. Lots of good reps lost due to bad management hires.
