Current Employee3.1Aug 26, 2024Overall, the company and culture are amazing. Opportunities are very much not distributed fairly and office politics are overrun. Base compensation is not high enough based off of average deal size and commission structure starting out. Moving up will allow more commissions but getting there without opportunity is the hard part.
