Current Employee Great place to get sales training and to learn how to operate within a corporate environment. Enjoyable the first two years (as a top performer). I have no idea how people who barely hit their promotions manage to stay beyond a year.
Fortunately, I earned over $100,000 my first full fiscal selling year and continued to get promotions. What I found to be unsustainable for me is that the organization promotes leaders who grovel and suck up. It’s very cringey but if you’re ok with that sort of thing you can make it work. Many people are brainwashed who work here and accept much less than they deserve. Implementation ruins deals, other reps steal and get favoritism to protect them, and the toxic positivity is unimaginably strong.
You can be at 105% of plan and recognized every week but they still won’t appreciate you, and they will burn all your clients with lack of
support. They don’t mind losing good reps or good clients it’s all about the churn and burn.
