ADP is very under staffed. The company attempts to operate business understaffed and then blames employees for not hitting unrealistic metrics. You’ve been warned.

Overall the experience was great. ADP was a great company with a good product. The comp structure was severely outdated. No residuals on accounts sold....all net new logo's year after year after year, with average pay.

My biggest discrepancy up front is the fact that other business units can poach your territory and weasel their way into your deals, and no matter what you are told during the interview process, the inbound lead flow is next to none, so revenue generation is almost solely up to you.
