Huge company, with many different teams and opportunities. In coming years the mid-market divisions will struggle to compete with the new and disruptive companies that are leading with innovation. Company culture hasn't changed since the 90s and that is reflected in the salaries too.

Product does well enough. Lead flow and opportunity is down while quotas are at an all time high. Feels like I rot in this role and I haven't been challenged in years. They are cheaper than ever.
