There is a ton that gets sold through the partner channel, so unless you get a spot on that team or have been there for longer then 2 years and are given decent existing accounts + good new leads like the chosen few, it will be tough.

challenging especially with new additions to the leadership Sales leadership is weak with most strategies utilizing price discounts. Outbound generation is required though not explicitly stated and prospecting tools are not provided

It's tough. You are either set up well with existing accounts you can sell to or it'll take you 2+ years to build your own portfolio (if they don't fire you first)
