8x8 is a great company with an awesome culture. In terms of product market fit, it is still stronger on the UCaaS side compared to CCaaS still. That momentum is changing but that is the current state of the company. Quotas are a bit high but compensation package is solid and remote work is great. Very competitive and crowded market to sell into as Zoom, Microsoft, RingCentral, Genesys, Nice, and Vonage all fight for market share.

We will see. Newest AM team build out is for the enterprise account management team. I have questions about 8x8s ability to climb up market and truly deliver on the enterprise level.

I had the greatest time of my life at 8x8, and made the most money I've ever made. Very sad that it had to end. Hoping Sam will bring that stock back up to at least the $20s
